1711 or 1712. He moved from Hingham to Scituate, RI.
1732, Dec. 25. He bought from his brother Benjamin of Providence, 3 acres for 25 pounds.
1738, Feb. 16. He sold to his son David, 35 acres adjoining his homestead. 1772, Apr. 28. Will, proved September 17, 1774. Exec. daughters Deborah Whittaker, Millicent Bickford and granddaughter Miriam Potter, to whom was given all personal property equally. Other children were not given, because they had already received.

David Sprague resided at Scituate, RI.
1711 or 1712. He removed from Hingham to Scituate. 1737. David Sprague, Jr. of Scituate sold to brother Joseph of Scituate for L100, the farm on which he (David) dwelt.
1738, February 16. David Sprague, Sr. sold to his son David, 35 acres adjoining his homestead.
1752, April 4. He deeded to his son John of Scituate, his
homestead farm with the provision that John keep his parents, David
and Sarah Sprague, the balance of their lives. It seems that this
arrangement was broken up in 1756, and later John removed elsewhere.
1772, April 28. Will, proved September 17, 1774. Exed.

He is identified as from the second generation (Sarah is in the third generation), and the only David listed in the second generation is the son of John, not of William.
