Mrs. Lucille Spaulding Washburn, 19, of Claremont [NH] wasthe mother of a year old daughter who is with the child'sgrandmother in Claremont, NH. She was divorced three weeksago, from David Washburn, who is reported to be in Florida.Mrs. Lucille Helen Washburn was born in Keene [NH] February19, 1937 , and had attended local schools.
She is survived by one daughter, Laura A. Washburn ofClaremont; her mother, Mrs. Lucille (Flora) Spaulding ofClaremont; her father, Herbert D. Spaulding of Montpelier,[VT]; three sisters, Mrs. Marjorie L. Jarvis ofPerkinsville, VT, Miss Sylvia D. Spaulding and Miss DonnaJ. Spaulding, both of Claremont; two brothers, Herbert D.Spaulding of Los Angeles, Calif., and Bert W. Spaulding ofClaremont; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.Funeral Services will be help Friday afternoon at 2 o'clockat the McCusker Funeral Home [Claremont] with Rev. VincentFischer officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain Viewcemetery [Claremont, NH]. Friends may call at the funeralhome this afternoon and evening.

Mrs. Lucille Spaulding Washburn of Claremont, [NH] aged 19years, 9 months and 23 days. Lucille was to return toMontpelier [VT] from Weathersfield [VT] at 7 p.m. on thebus, per her sister, Marjorie [Spaulding] Jarvis. She hadworked at the Garden Restaurant on Elm Street in Montpelieruntil the Saturday prior to her death, and was headed tothe Imperial Restaurant in Stowe [VT] for the winterseason.
